Fixed Wheel Steel Sluice Gate for Hydropower Projects

The fixed roller gate is a heavy-duty vertical lifting sluice for hydropower stations, reservoirs and river water conservancy projects. The roller structure on both sides of the fixed roller gate greatly reduces lifting friction, so the fixed roller gate can move smoothly without jamming from sediment.

The fixed roller gate is fabricated with thick steel plates and reinforced ribs. The fixed roller gate supports one-way and bidirectional water sealing, and the anti-corrosion treatment ensures long service life under high water pressure and outdoor harsh conditions. Our factory customizes the fixed roller gate according to project drawings, covering sizes from small irrigation gates to large dam sluices.

1.Low-friction rolling structure

The alloy steel rollers of the fixed roller gate roll along stainless steel tracks instead of plane sliding. The driving force required for the fixed roller gate is greatly reduced, and the fixed roller gate will not get stuck even with sediment accumulation in guide rails.

2.High-rigidity welded structure

The gate leaf of the fixed roller gate uses Q235B or Q355B steel with internal reinforcing ribs. Full penetration welding makes the fixed roller gate resistant to water impact and deformation. All welds of the fixed roller gate pass ultrasonic testing.

3.Reliable bidirectional sealing

The fixed roller gate is fitted with EPDM rubber water stop strips. The machined flat contact surface makes the rubber strip fit tightly, so the water leakage of the fixed roller gate is far below international standards. Users can choose single or double-sided sealing for the fixed roller gate.

4.Fully customizable dimensions

We produce the fixed roller gate with clear openings from 0.5m up to 6m. The working water pressure of the fixed roller gate ranges from 0.2MPa to 1.6MPa. Embedded or flange door frames are both available for the fixed roller gate.
